2. Show visible damage.
Add a closer photo of dents, broken panels or other visible issues.

Add up to five JPG, PNG or WebP photos, up to 10 MB each.
Keep it easy.
Daylight and a steady phone are enough. Check that the car is in focus. Photos are optional, so you can submit a quote even if you cannot take them now.
Photograph only what is safely visible.
You do not need to crawl under the car or remove anything. If you cannot identify the rims or catalytic converter, choose “I don’t know” in the form.
Keep personal details out of the picture.
Avoid photographing documents, other people or personal belongings. Your vehicle photos are shared through an unlisted gallery link for quote review. Anyone with that link can view them; it is not a login-protected album.
Using an iPhone?
If your photo is in HEIC format and the upload does not accept it, export a JPEG copy or use a screenshot of the photo. Review the image before uploading.
