Is the online quote an automatic price?
No. Our team reviews your request and contacts you with an offer. You decide whether to proceed.
What if my model is not listed?
Choose “Other / not listed” and type the model. You can select a common model directly when it appears in the list.
Do I need to know what rims or catalytic converter I have?
Both questions need an answer, but “I don’t know” is a valid option. No mechanical inspection is needed to submit your request.
Can I sell a non-running car?
You can request a quote for a non-running car. Tell us if it rolls and steers, and whether keys are available.
Photos and pickup
Are vehicle photos required?
No. You can upload up to five JPG, PNG or WebP photos, up to 10 MB each, if you have them.
Who can see my vehicle photos?
Anyone with the unlisted gallery link can view the photos. The gallery is not listed in site navigation and is marked not to be indexed by search engines.
Why do you need my full address?
We need the location where the car is parked to assess pickup access and arrange an agreed collection. Include the street number, street name, city and postal code.
Can you collect from outside Toronto?
We accept quote requests across the GTA, including Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan and other listed service areas. Our team confirms pickup availability for your address.
When will pickup happen?
We confirm availability and agree on arrangements with you. Submitting a quote does not reserve a pickup time.
