Before the pickup is booked.

• Confirm the offer and payment arrangements with our team.
• Give the full address where the car is parked, including unit or parking-space details.
• Mention underground parking, a narrow driveway, locked gates or other access limits.
• Tell us whether the car rolls, steers and has keys.

Before the driver arrives.

• Check the glovebox, trunk, seat pockets and storage compartments for belongings.
• Remove personal devices and review any saved phone or navigation information.
• Have the keys available if you have them.
• Confirm with our team which ownership documents are needed for your situation.

On pickup day.

Keep your phone available and make sure the agreed meeting point is accessible. Let us know if the car has moved or its condition has changed. Do not move an unsafe vehicle just to make it easier to collect.
